St. Croix Hospice is looking for veterans to make companionship visits to our veteran patients. As a companionship volunteer you can enrich the lives of terminally ill patients in your community. Visits may involve playing games, reading a book, watching a movie, a walk or just enjoyable conversation. Hours are extremely flexible.

When assigned to a patient, we will review the details of the patient’s life before we introduce you to them. We provide you with all the training and any resources you may need.

St. Croix Hospice is looking for individuals to make calls to bereaved loved ones of our patients that requested check-in calls.  Training is provided.  Hours are extremely flexible and calls can be made anytime from your home.

St. Croix Hospice is looking for individuals to send letters, send cards, call or video chat with our patients. So many of our patients love receiving cards, letters and phone calls. Make a difference in the lives of our patients with this rewarding opportunity.

Volunteers are needed in a variety of office support roles. Tasks will vary based on need as well as the interest and skills of our volunteers. We offer an opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Schedules are flexible. Assist our office staff with copies, filing, assembling packets, and other general office needs. Volunteer your time in a friendly environment with new challenges daily!
