Who We Are
C2 Makerspace has clubs for participants age 9-18 in STEM related fields. C2 is operated by Shiloh Bound, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. C2 Makerspace is located at UWSP Marshfield Campus.
What We Do
When you visit C2 Makerspace you will notice the layout of the room is divided into Pods:
- 3D Printing Pod.
- Robotics and Electronics Pod.
- Machining and Fabrication Pod.
Under each pod, we run clubs, for example:
- Under the 3D Printing Pod, we run a 3D Printing Club
- Under the Robotics and Electronics Pod, we run a mBot Robotics club.
- Under the Machining and Fabrication Pod, we run a metal working club.
Each club is ran by volunteers from the community who have knowledge and working experience in the topic of the club.
C2 also has community volunteers who help with operating needs like marketing, IT, Finance and HR.
At C2 we want to introduce participants ages 9-18 to STEM related careers and industry related skills to hopefully get them interested in a STEM related career in the area.
