Marshfield Medical Center is the flagship medical campus for Marshfield Clinic Health System, a $2.4 billion integrated health system serving Wisconsin with about 10,000 employees including over 1,200 providers comprising 86 specialties, health plan, and research and education programs.
Marshfield Medical Center provides the latest medical technology to serve patients from across Wisconsin and the U.S. It is a tertiary care teaching institution with a Level II adult and pediatric trauma center served by LifeLink III helicopter and airplane services.
Marshfield Children's Hospital is central Wisconsin’s only pediatric hospital. With more than 80 pediatricians and 30 specialties throughout central and northern Wisconsin, it offers a wide range of pediatric specialty services, including a pediatric unit equipped with the latest technology and staffed by highly-trained pediatric hospitalists and nurses; Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for critically ill or injured children; Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU); and the region's only pediatric oncology inpatient unit. It also is a Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
Over 500 volunteers provide service in over 50 different service areas throughout the Marshfield campus, from escorting visitors to greeting patients in our Family Waiting Room, and everything in between.
