Personal Development Center

Personal Development Center Inc. (PDC) is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to creating a community free from the threat of violence. We recognize that the violence perpetrated against victims is grounded in an abuse of power and reinforced through intimidation and coercion. Our mission is to assist those in distress by identifying options and resources, promoting safety, building hope, and strengthening individuals, families, and our community through case management, advocacy and education.

Personal Development Center is the domestic abuse, sexual assault agency serving Marshfield and its surrounding areas as well as all of Clark County. We work with elderly, adults, youth, children and families to help keep victims of domestic violence and sexual assault safe and work towards eliminating domestic violence/sexual assault in our communities. PDC consists of six programs each focusing on a specific population of victims. Through individual counseling, support groups, community education, and access to exchanges and supervised visitation we are able to assist victims with leaving abusive relationships while keeping themselves and their families safe.
